Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a bus?
Email us at enquiry@chanbus.com.sg, WhatsApp us at +65 9620 7818, or fill in our Web Request Form. Let us know the date, time, number of passengers, and pick-up and drop-off addresses, and we will send you a quotation. There is no booking fee.
What buses do you have, and what is included in the price?
We have mini-buses (10/13 and 20/23-seater) and coaches (40/45 and 49-seater), all fitted with safety belts. Our prices include ERP and parking charges.
What is the difference between hourly disposal and a transfer?
For hourly disposal (minimum 4 hours), the bus stays with you throughout and there is no grace period. For transfers (1-way, 2-way or 3-way), the bus brings you from point to point and does not wait in between. Each pick-up has a 15-minute grace period, and any delay after that is chargeable.
How do I pay?
We accept PayNow and bank transfer. After the trip, we will send you an e-invoice. Corporate customers usually enjoy 30-day credit terms. For new personal customers, we may ask for payment before the trip.
Do you go to Sentosa?
Yes. A Sentosa island fee of S$20/S$40 per bus is paid at Guest Services, and you may check with your event organiser for a complimentary entry QR code. For the latest details, please check the Sentosa website at www.sentosa.com.sg/en/getting-to-sentosa.
Do you go to Malaysia?
No, we do not provide trips to Malaysia. All our bus services are within Singapore only.
When will I receive the bus details?
Our operation-in-charge (OIC) will send the bus details to your point of contact one day before the trip, usually in the late afternoon. For example, for a trip on 25 Dec, you will receive the bus details on 24 Dec in the late afternoon. We do not release bus details earlier, as our schedule changes daily. Bus details may change due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a vehicle breakdown or new bookings that require the schedule to be re-arranged.
